Morten Axel Pedersen in the news commenting on the effect of parties

Last month, DISTRACT PI Morten Axel Pedersen commented on why we humans party in an article about partying history in the Danish newspaper NORDJYSKE Stiftstidende. At the core, humans party because it makes us happy and creates social ties, Morten explains. He however also highlights that the party only succeeds if it is an extraordinary event you can look forward to and not an everyday occurrence.
