Morten Axel Pedersen in the news commenting on Google searches during corona

DISTRACT PI Morten Axel Pedersen has been in the Danish news media recently, commenting on differences in Google search terms across countries during the corona lockdown. First on the popular evening show Aftenshowet on DR1, Danish Broadcasting, and second in an article for the newspaper Berlingske Tidende.

In discussing how we should interpret what people in different countries have searched for online during the pandemic, Morten builds on the analysis of Danish Twitter that he and several other DISTRACT members conducted in the early stages of the corona lockdown of 2020.
