Jesper Aagaard on how to handle digital technologies

On Friday the 27th, Jesper Aagaard, Associate Professor at The Department of Psychology and Behavioural Sciences, Aarhus University, gave a DISTRACT lecture on "Digital distraction - how we handle digital technologies". Here, Aagaardshed light on the phenomenon of digital distraction and how it is handled in practice by giving examples from his empirical research conducted at a Danish high school.
