New SODAS professional training courses in 2025
Do you work professionally with collecting, processing, and visualizing data? Would you like to integrate AI tools and techniques into your daily workflow?

After hosting our very first professional training course in November on integrating AI into professional workflows, we now have two new courses scheduled for early 2025, catering to both professionals with and without programming experience.

Both courses will introduce participants to the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) into their daily work, as well as the pitfalls of AI and LLMs concerning data security, accuracy, and more. Hosted by Copenhagen Center for Social Data Science (SODAS), the courses are tailored by lecturer Yani Kartalis to meet the specific needs of participants and their workplaces through hands-on exercises, concrete use cases, and interactive Q&A sessions. 💻 JANUARY 2025: How to Use AI, Large Language Models, and Chatbots in Your Work? A basic introduction to tools, applications, and pitfalls.https://efteruddannelse.ku.dk/samfund-politik-og-okonomi/how-to-use-ai-january-2025/.
This course will introduce participants to the basics of integrating a range of AI-powered tools into their daily work, as well as how to avoid some of the pitfalls in using AI powered tools. Prior experience with programming is not needed.

This course introduces more advanced techniques and practical skills in leveraging AI and LLMs in daily work with data processing, analysis, and visualization. Some programming experience is expected.
